Conference Centre
QUBUS HOTEL Kraków comprises five modern, airconditioned conference rooms, with total area of around 500m2. The location of rooms and the system of movable, soundproof walls enables forming them into a room of desired size (up to around 400m2). Their exposure to sunlight and view on the Vistula river additionally improve the comfort of meetings. Three smaller clubrooms and a boardroom with the area of 25m2 to 47m2 are suitable for holding meetings of fewer participants. The Conference Centre is equipped with a PA system, screens, text projector, slide projector, whiteboards, flipchart and Internet access.

Should guests so request we also provide high-class audio-visual equipment. One of the conference rooms contains a simultaneous translating booth and a two-way mirror. At our disposal there is also a professionally prepared workplace - Business Centre equipped with a computer with Internet access, fax, scanner, printer and photocopier. During the conferences we suggest organising coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. We also offer professional assistance in organising events of various types and sizes.
