Accompaying Persons programme

The Accompanying Persons' programme is intended for the husbands, wives, partners, friends and/or children of registered delegates.  With the exception of the Opening Ceremony,  Accompanying Persons will not normally be admitted to conference sessions. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• welcome Reception on Sunday, September, 19
• visit to Royal Castle – Wawel, September 20

In case that you want to register more than one participant with the same credit card please proceed as follow:

Pre-registration will be possible, until September 10, 2010. After that date do not send any registration form or payments, you will still have the opportunity to register on site.

Conference registration deadline for authors: June 30, 2010.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to MEDITON. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until June 30, 2010, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of 150 €.We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after June 30, 2010.
